CREATE A LOGIN SO YOU CAN SHARE THOSE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS!
Share the photos you take during this fun week! We will be utilizing a website called Memento. There is no app to download. Just follow these 3 easy steps.
1. Scan the QR code and it will take you to the Memento site
2. Set up a login, you need to set one up to share photos
3. Make sure that your phone saves your password when prompted. (That will make accessing it easy when it's time to upload photos and video)
Ready to share photos? Scan the QR code at any time, it will be on the back of your badge. Click the orange box that says +Add Photos and Videos, select your photos and they will begin uploading. If you should need assistance with this process, just ask someone at the event.
DRESS APPROPRIATELY FOR WEATHER AND THE EVENT
Winter in New England is cold. All events are indoors and we do not leave the Mohegan property however, meeting rooms may be considered chilly. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes for walking from the hotel to the Sky Convention Center.

Dress Code for the event:
Tuesday - Spark / Leadership Meeting - Business Casual attire
Wednesday - General Session Meeting - Business Casual attire
Thursday - General Session Meeting - Business attire
Thursday - Dinner/Awards Ceremony - Business Dressy

DON'T FORGET TO PACK SOME EXTRA HYGIENE ITEMS FOR OUR TEAM-BUILDING EVENT!
We'll be participating in a meaningful team-building activity that embodies our Company Values of being WOW service obsessed and Agents of Good. We'll be assembling hygiene kits for our field talent in need, and we need your help!

We are looking for donations of toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant and bars of soap. This is a simple but powerful way to show our commitment to caring for our team members and making a real difference in their daily lives. By coming together to create these kits, we're not just talking about our values—we're actively living them out and demonstrating the kind of service excellence and community impact that defines CoWorx.
